Shipping Information

At Pure Snug, we are dedicated to delivering your favorite underwear with efficiency and care. Please review our shipping policy to understand our procedures and timelines.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 1 PM will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed within the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days, Free for orders over $75, $9.95 for orders below.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days, $15 flat rate

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to New Zealand for $9.95 and the USA for $6 flat rate (local currency).
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs procedures.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.

5. Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. Pure Snug is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may have specific shipping restrictions due to regulations and laws.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@puresnug.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pure Snug is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
